Air Cooling

Evaporative Air Cooling

air-cooling

Applications:

Air cooler is mainly used in hot, dry environment and season. Because it combines the fan and the humidifier two main functions.

Recommendation condition: under 25-35℃ and below 50%RH.

Air cooler is mainly used in the any room in home. And in the very hot weather please run it with the air conditioner together. Because air cooler can ventilate and humidify the room. People will feel comfortable in the A/C room.

Competitive Advantage:

  • Small size and large airflow
  • Large green environmental cooling pad to cooling the temperature soon. Strong and long life
  • The new generation cooling pad adopts the based virgin pulp fiber which containing antibacterial factor. Bigger air rate, higher EER.
  • The good quality roll bearing motor effective reduces the noise.
  • Elaborate designed the unique air duct that effective reduce the return air and choke. Bigger air rate and quieter.
  • Use the technology of instant spray.
  • The antibacterial tank which with strong antibiotic and antisaprobic effect. It also good for the health.
  • Brand new and first-class material and core components. Wonderful quality
  • Drop test passed

Benefits of Air Coolers

 1.Energy-efficient

Air coolers consume up to 10 times less energy than ACs. They consume less electricity and can also work in low voltage areas.

Monthly electricity / power bills are significantly lower.

2.Low Maintenance

Air coolers require low maintenance; you rarely need to summon a mechanic for maintenance or troubleshooting as in the case of ACs

3.Environmental Friendly

Air coolers use fresh, clean air from the environment. They also allow you to keep windows open for better air circulation whereas ACs circulate stale air inside a sealed room.

Air Cooling Principle

Evaporative air cooling is a natural, age-old practice.

People living in the desert use various methods of evaporative cooling (where evaporation of water is used to cool the air) when temperatures soar. The practice is not new – in the old days, people would often hand water-soaked bed sheets or blankets in windows and doorways and rely on natural wind or fans to pump air through the moist cloth to cool the room.

Evaporative air coolers – a refined concept of the age old practice – provide an alternative to refrigerated air conditioning by being:

The 3-step air cooling process is very simple and no less effective than modern refrigerated air-conditioning technologies.

A simple air moving system pulls fresh outside air and drives it through the moist pads. (The water / air cooling pads have replaced bed sheets.)

The water in the pads evaporates, bringing down the temperature of the air passing through the pads.

The blower then blows the cool air into the room.
